    Part 3: State Governments are so HUGE by the time taxes go to pay exhorbitant salaries, benefits and PERKS there is too few dollars going to recipients. These dollars MUST go directly to the recipient and State Governments need to get OUT of the BUSINESS of providing health care services as they do not and can not be as effective, efficient, and economically managed as private facilities. State Monitoring Agencies do an excellent job of regulating private health care facilities.

    Part 2: There is NO means for family’s to obtain Justice for malpractice and/or criminal charges to be levied against a state agency/affiliate as Civil Courts are able to turn themselves into Kangaroo courts to protect the State. The old saying “you can’t sue city hall” is very true. Therefore, I am FOR Universal Healthcare for all american citizens but I am AGAINST Federal Government funding to be given to State Governments.

    Dear Mr. Kirsch:
    As a health care professional who has worked in State run AND privately run health care facilities. There is NO comparison between privately owned and state government run facilities. State run facilities have NO effective regulations as State Monitoring Agencies can NOT regulate their own Agencies/facilities due to political influence, nepotism and favoritism; thus, there is gross corruption: cover ups for substandard care, sentinel events up to and including DEATHS.
