Over the past few weeks I usually stay up between 5-7:30 AM and sleep till around 3 or 4 PM. Even being active during the day, eating healthy and so on, my body still* responds in this same pattern. The thing is, I enjoy sleeping this way because I am a night person. I am 23, this isn’t the first time this has happened. I am wondering if there are health problems that I could gain from sleeping like this.

Not at all. Problems would only start to occur if you got far too little or too much sleep. Since your sleeping pattern still stays within the 8-10 hours of sleep margin, you should have no problems.
