What is the best Health Authority to work for as a nurse in Vancouver?

Im a uk staff nurse planning to relocate to Vancouver in the next year,I want advice on which Health Authority to use.Im planning to live on the Coastal areas ,Urban or Surbaban Vancouver.

you are certainly needed here (nursing shortage) and the health authorities will help you with your immigration requirements. …. the best to work for in BC is Vancouver Coastal but that said nurses wages and working conditions are the same union province wide so not a huge difference between any of them in terms of pay or terms. Try and it will show hourly rates and such. ..
For jobs look under the “career” section of the following health regions
Vancouver Coastal health region
the worst to work for is Fraser Health
Theres also the Provincial Health Authority which looks after Childrens, Cancer and other province wide health requirements but they too are located in vancouiver.
Being from the UK you’ll probably like the climate in vancouver (warm dry summers and mild wet winters) but if you want to live in the Interior of BC that Health region is The Interior has nice summers but gets colder and more snow in the winter than the coast does.
Suburban Vancouver (Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford) are much cheaper places to live than downtown vancouver.
